Night CBD Oil

It is very dufficulth i dont get right advice..would any one ring me ple

I gave 4 stars because it's good and I thought it would be more convenient for travelling, but the cans of drink of the same make and content just seem to taste better and work much better ay helping in drifting off to sleep.

I should start by saying I've tried CBD oil a couple of times before and not found any effect for sleep, but this being formulated for sleep, thought would try again.Nice packaging and brown glass bottle with a dropper. Says to put 3 drops under the tongue and hold there for at least a minute (for better, quicker absorption into the bloodstream through the capillaries there), and to take an hour before bed. 3 drops equates to 10mg.So I have followed instructions and so far, not noticed an effect. When I wake in the early hours, I take another 3 drops but again, not falling back asleep any faster. I will keep trying for another week at a higher dosage perhaps. I don't know if the effects build with regular use or not but don't think it can hurt.In terms of taste, I thought lavender was an unpleasant one to add, but this actually tastes quite mild and not unpleasant to me. I certainly prefer it to a synthetic sweet taste. It reduces the "hempy" taste and isn't strong. So easy to take and completely fine on this.I'm not sure how CBD works to aid sleep. Maybe the reason I am a poor sleeper is not amenable to CBD and so I can't say this doesn't work definitively, it hasn't worked for me so far.*********UPDATED REVIEWSo I read available research on CBD For sleep and decided to treble my dosage and take one hour before bed. I make sure to hold under the tongue for at least 1 full minute, longer if poss. And Eureka, I'm sleeping much more soundly and longer. So very happy. The studies suggest taking over time may also improve the effect so am optimistic this can sort my sleep problems and I've will take the higher dose religiously for a month and pray! If it goes as expected, I will buy more and keep using.So if you want to try a CBD oil, this seems a decent one. Do you research on dosages as I think 3 drops is probably low for most.Very good. This comes in such a nice glass bottle which is a really good touch. More importantly it does the job, really helps me to get to sleep.

I found the MEDAHUMAN Night CBD oil very soothing to take before bed.The lavender flavour, which I typically dislike as a scent, I actually found very soothing.I have been using this nightly for several weeks now and while it doesn't make every night's sleep amazing, I've definitely found the routine and the relaxing benefits added to my sleep routine has helped me have some more restful night's sleep in general.You use the pipette to administer 3 drops under the tongue, you are supposed to hold it there for a minute before swallowing. I typically swallow with water as I find swallowing the oil on its own to be a texture issue for me and makes my throat feel dry.It can be hard to tell if you've squeezed 3 drops out, for me I can't feel the drops under the tongue, so I often do this in front of a mirror so that I can tell how many.The current UK guidlines for CBD oil is 10mg per day, this used to be 70mg per day and recently changed in October '23. The 3 drops equals 10mg.The packaging is lovely. The card it comes in is a nice deep purple. The bottle itself is glass and has all the information printed on it so you don't need to keep the packaging.I would recommend this to anyone who is looking for a more holistic nighttime routine. And if you're not a fan of lavender, you may actually be ok with this like me.
