Delivery
UK | We offer FREE delivery on all UK orders over £30
Delivery is currently only available to the UK.
All deliveries are UK Standard Delivery and should arrive within 2-4 working days.
Our delivery charges will be automatically calculated at checkout. It’s £4.95 for all orders under £30, and free delivery for all orders over £30.
All our deliveries are fulfilled Monday – Friday (9am – 6pm). Unfortunately, we do not fulfil on weekends or Bank Holidays.
Can I change my order once it has been placed?
Unfortunately, this cannot be changed online. If you need to change an order, and it hasn’t already been sent, please contact us via info@medahuman.com where we will do our best to accommodate any requests.
Returns and Refunds
We hope you will be very happy with your order but we know sometimes things go awry. If the item(s) you have ordered from our website are damaged or defective please contact us to arrange a refund and replacement within 30 days of when they were delivered. We are only able to refund or exchange faulty or damaged goods within this time period. This does not affect your statutory rights.
We can only process a refund and replacement if:
- the item(s) are damaged or defective
- the item(s) were purchased directly through medahuman.com
- the item(s) are returned within a 30 day period from receipt
Please note that any initial shipping charges are not refundable and you will also be required to cover the cost of shipping when returning an order and ensuring the items arrive safely.
To let us know about a damaged or defective product and arrange a return and refund, please send an email to info@medahuman.com with your order confirmation and the reason for requesting a refund.
