Night Reishi Mushroom Powder

Taste is good for what it is but it hasn’t improved my ability to sleep at all… if anything I may find it more difficult unfortunately!

I found this really helpful to calm before bed, I've been really struggling to fall to sleep on a night then stay asleep!The tea wasn't like any other night time tea I've tried before it's like a real hot chocolate and tastes lovely! One cup before bed does the trick

I have always struggled to get to sleep. Doesn't matter how tired I feel, my body simply won't allow me to actually sleep when I want so I regularly end up awake until 2am. I have been this way for as long as I can remember. I have had this stuff for a few days and the nights I have used it I was able to get to sleep within 20/30 mins of drinking it (I can actually tell how long it takes because I wear a watch that tracks when I fall asleep). Now that I know this stuff works for me, I will always buy it now and forever. Its very good value and the quality seems great too. I mean, it just looks like powder hot chocolate. It's quite fine and dissolves really easily, no clumps or weird sticky stodgy bits. I have no idea if it's any good for my health but it seems to be genuinely helping me sleep so I'm all for it.Only issue, for me, is it is very VERY sweet. I'm not a fan of the artificial sweetener taste so I have found that mixing half a scoop of dark hot chocolate powder balances out the stevia taste and makes it very pleasant to drink. So far I prefer to mix it with warm milk but hot water was also fine.

If you have a severe insomnia problem it’s not the solution but it does put you in a relaxed mood

I’m not one to write reviews, in fact this is my first Amazon review! I just had to say how amazing this product is. Not only does it taste great I also slept like a baby. I will be trying the others out.
