Delivery is currently only available to the UK. Contact us via email at info@medahuman.com for delivery costs to other areas.

All our deliveries are fulfilled Monday – Friday (9am – 6pm) and orders should arrive within 2-4 working days.

Returns and Refunds

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange. We are only able to refund or exchange faulty or damaged goods within this time period. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Refunds and replacements can only be issued if:

  • the goods are damaged or defective
  • the goods were purchased directly through medahuman.com
  • the goods are returned within a 30 day period from receipt
