Delivery

UK | We offer FREE delivery on all UK orders over £20 🙌

Delivery is currently only available to the UK. Contact us via email at info@medahuman.com for delivery costs to other areas.

All deliveries are UK Standard Delivery and should arrive within 2-4 working days.

Our delivery charges will be automatically calculated at checkout. It’s £4.95 for all orders under £20, and free delivery for all orders over £20.

All our deliveries are fulfilled Monday – Friday (9am – 6pm). Unfortunately, we do not fulfil on weekends or Bank Holidays.

Can I change my order once it has been placed?

Unfortunately, this cannot be changed online. If you need to change an order, and it hasn’t already been sent, please contact us via info@medahuman.com where we will try to accommodate any requests.

Returns and Refunds

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange. We are only able to refund or exchange faulty or damaged goods within this time period. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Refunds and replacements can only be issued if:

• the goods are damaged or defective
• the goods were purchased directly through medahuman.com
• the goods are returned within a 30 day period from receipt

We are unable to refund bottles that have been opened or if they were purchased via a third party seller.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers are also required to pay associated shipping fees when returning an order and are responsible for ensuring the goods arrive safely.

If your circumstances align with our Returns Policy, please email info@medahuman.com to coordinate and include your receipt and proof of purchase, including your reason for return.
